We require non-refundable deposits to book all services
We do not provide refunds unless it’s because of the company’s circumstances
We require a minimum 2 hours and 30 mins for set-up.
No one is allowed in the building/area while we are setting up for your special event. (Except other vendors)
All items will have to be broke down for pick-up unless you pay for clean up.
Remaining balance are due on the Friday 2 weeks prior to your event
Last minute event bookings will require a $100 inconvenience fee.
Last minute treat bookings will require a $50 inconvenience fee.
